Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kocibuttelqw@hotmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
